There is no doubt that Twitter is a fun online community but sometimes Twitter users get carried away and Tweet irrelevant things.
Here are 12 ways you may be using Twitter wrongly.
1) Sharing schedules and meetings in tweets instead of messaging
2) Sharing your private info like email addresses, social security numbers etc. in tweets
3) Giving out private family and friends info in tweets. Strangers will get access to everything you say about your family.
4) Sharing company strategy/ secrets
5) Not sharing quality tips and info through tweets but rather, sharing only affiliate links.
6) Not Retweeting other user’s useful tweets
7) Making Uncalculated criticisms @ another user’s tweet
8 ) Being bias in tweets and messages; politically, religion-wise, economically, etc.
9) Telling People about your bad side. You don’t have to tell them about your bad side, just tell them about your true good side and leave the bad one out.
10) Putting other Twitter users on the wrong Twitter list.
11) Following just anybody anyhow.
12) Spamming your followers with irrelevant direct messages.
